5 MONTHS

 

Elliott was 5 months old on Friday, September 14th which was also Daddy's birthday.  I probably sound like a broken record but I can't believe how time has flown by.  Elliott is so attentitive and seems very eager to learn.  He will find the most uninteresting thing in the room and stare at it like he's trying to figure out its existince.  Monique is constantly introducing new toys and games and Elliott seems to like all of them.  He is a pretty easy going baby now, quite opposite of the earlier weeks. He will spend 30 minutes in a jumperoo or playing with a basket of toys before you remember that you have a baby in the room! 

 

Schedule

6-6:45 wake up

6:30 - 5 ozs

8:30 - 4 ozs

9:00 - 10:30ish nap (usually naps much longer at home then at daycare, 90 minutes vs. 45 minutes)

11:00 - rice cereal, avocado or sweet potatoes

12:00 - 6 ozs

12:30 - 2ish nap (again, usually much short at daycare)

2:30 - 4 ozs

4:30 - 4 ozs

3rd nap varies widely depending on how he slept the fist two naps, usually only 30 minutes long

6:00 - rice cereal

6:30 - 6 ozs

7:00 bed time and sleeps through the night
