8 MONTHS
As you can see from the pictures, Elliott CAN'T SIT STILL. His arms and legs are always flapping and he is constantly reminding you that he is in the room with either his loud shrieks of joy or shrieks of "hey, pay attention to me."
Highlights:
- He had his first stomach flu. 8 days. Yes, he threw up for 8 days straight...Mom did a lot of laundry. He lost close to 4 lbs and you could see it in his cheeks. I guess that's one way to lose those chubby cheeks! Don't worry, he ate his way back to his normal weight. Mom could hardly keep up with making his food.
- We are on the move! He's not quite crawling yet but he can get from one end of the room to the other by rolling or scooting backwards.
- He loves to roll a basketball back and forth with you. He actually does a really good job with timing on when to catch the ball. We still have to work on passing it back, but he does push down on the back of the ball and it kind of pops it out...which is close enough for me!
Schedule:
5am - wake for a 6 oz bottle (he can't seem to break this one since he's been sick), go back to sleep until 6:30
6:30am - wake for the day
8:00am - breakfast
9:30-10:30am - nap
11:00am - lunch
12:30 - 6 ozs
1:30 - 3:00pm - nap
3:30pm snack
5:30pm - dinner
6:30pm - bottle
7:00pm - down for the night
We can't get rid of that 5 am wakening either! Still can't complain though...them sleeping 10 hours in a row is pretty good!
