Soccer....

....ugh!

 

Mark and I vowed that we would never expose our kids to soccer.  There's just something about spending all weekend on soccer fields in sweltering heat or pouring rain that doesn't sound appealing.  The fact that we've never played the sport and don't know the rules may also have something to do with it.

 

Mark took Elliott on a run at a park nearby on Tuesday and they stopped to watch some kids playing soccer.  Elliott LOVED it!  And the weather has been so nice lately that I've taken him back to the soccer fields the last two nights.  Oh, what have we gotten ourselves into!
