10 MONTHS

 

Elliott celebrated 10 months on Valentine's Day!  He is still a VERY good baby, but is certainly creating a mind of his own.  I am surprised at how good his communication skills are already.  He's pretty easy to read, especially when he doesn't get something he wants! He's quite the chatter box.  It's usually just grunting, oooo's and ahhhh's, and occasionally momomomom and dadadada.  He is definitely on the go all the time, but I'm still amazed at his ability to focus on something as if he's trying to figure out it's existence.  When we put up the gate he studied it forever to figure out how to get around it.  I think we are raising another engineer in the family! 

 

 

Favorites:

Mickey Mouse Clubhouse (He grins from ear to ear whenever he sees it on tv or hears the song)

Opening and closing doors (He has figured out how to open the sliding glass door at Monique's if it's a little ajar)

Feeding himself (he's a carb lover like his mommy)

Rolling around on the bed with Dad

 

Schedule:

5:30am - wake for 5 oz bottle and fall back asleep

7am - wake for the day

8am - breakfast

9:30 - 10:30 - nap

11:30 - lunch

1:00 - 5 oz bottle

1:30 -2:30 nap

3:00 - snack

5:30 - dinner

6:30 - 5 oz bottle and down for the night

This is his new smile! What a cheeser!
