Elliott is really starting to talk!  Just a couple weeks ago he started to say what sounds like "tickletickletickle."   I wish I knew what he was trying to say because he grins from ear to ear when he says it. It's the most adorable thing!  

 

He's also starting to comprehend more of what we say.  He now knows what the following words mean: milk, night night, Mom and Dad, are you hungry, and feet first.   "Feet first" is what we tell him when he goes down the steps. If we tell him feet first after he's started down the steps the wrong way, he will stop, push himself back up the steps, turn around, and go down feet first. Amazing!  

 

He is getting close to walking.  He can take quite a few steps now, but would still prefer to crawl.  He has actually started to walk and hop on his knees.  Weirdest thing ever, but I guess it's a natural progression to go from crawling to walking on your knees to walking on your feet. Right?
